Horrible service! Stayed in line for 40 min during a severe thunderstorm with a mobile order already placed only to be told they were longer honoring/ taking orders. The car in front of us received food for an order that was placed at the actual drive thru obviously after we placed ours. In addition, after being told this, I could not get out of the drive thru line due to design and had to wait even longer and continue thru the line. I stopped to speak to staff at the window....read full review
