Hands down the BEST service we have ever had at any restaurant with Ben at the Frankfort location. The food will not be what brings us back, finding out that Ben is working will though!

It tastes like any chili's. Chicken wasn't dry. Macaroni and cheese was really good.

Chili's Grill & Bar offers fast and friendly service in a brand new, very clean location with plenty of TVs, beers on tap, and margaritas. The food is typical but comes out extremely fast, and the service stands out as exceptional. The Mozzarella Sticks are the best, and the Baby Back Ribs are highly praised, though the steak is a little nasty. The Queso with chips, tender and tasty chicken fajitas, egg sandwhich, breakfast tacos, and molten lava cake are all delicious. The homestyle potatoes are seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The service is attentive, helpful, and fun, handling difficult situations with poise and grace. The staff makes great recommendations and goes out of their way to ensure a great meal, making it the best airport food and service. It is highly recommended for a great lunch or to start a trip off on a great note.
