I want to give a big shout out and thanks to Ashley and Evelyn at our Copperfield location. They went beyond what was expected. I was having trouble for good 45 minutes online and wanted delivery. I called the store and they said to come to the store and they would take my order. To my pleasant surprise one of them came to take my order so I did not have to get out from my car with my kids. Went here, a girl made my burrito so sloppy the tortilla ripped open, when I requested a new one (politely), she SQUOZE the old burrito into a new tortilla. When I asked for the manager, he would not come up to the front and just told her to make me a new one. That is when she sqouze the poorly made burrito onto a new tortilla. Will never go back. It looked like the poorly made burrito took a dump onto a new tortilla. Good riddance.
