However, the restaurant is extremely cold inside, feeling like a walk-in freezer, so customers cannot stay and eat. The brown rice is not cooked all the way and is hard. Food gets cold by the time customers get home. Customers often have to ask for double protein, which looks like a regular portion, and get charged a lot for it.
