Sour cream was spoiled . Reached out to manager at stor as well as customer care nothing was done . No refumd offer of new food or anything . As if they dont care . Tried for two weeks talking to customer care kept getting run around . Alex is Gm valerie shift manager and juan district . If you have any issur they do not care.
Smart mouth employee wanted to agree in front of everyone for trying to charge me for the customers order behind mines saying I should of told her when she wasn't the cashier. I really thought it was a prank. Will go speak with the manager tomorrow about the worst customer service ever.
The female fixing my order started closing my bowl before I could finish telling her what I wanted on it. Very rude no communication. I wasn’t ask would you like anything else? Would that be all? Don’t recommend WOULD NOT go back!
Oh and the meat was dry.
