Chipotle Mexican Grill offers flavorful food, but some customers find the grilled chicken too spicy. The restaurant's service can be inconsistent; some customers have experienced burnt chicken, poor service, and issues with opening times, such as delays and staff attitude. Despite these problems, many others have praised the quick Tex-Mex food and friendly employees who provide great customer care. The dining room is often clean, and portions are generous without asking. Customers appreciate that parking is shared among several stores and usually available despite the busy environment. Although some find the food tastes cold and the prices high, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those looking for quick, flavorful meals like chicken bowls and tortillas.
