My family went to Collins for Father’s Day yesterday. I have been going here for many years at all 3 locations. But yesterday at the Memorial location was the worst service I ever had. We were the only party of 8 at 3:00pm. The service was horrible and all three piazzas were burnt. We had sent back the 20’ pepperoni back because it was burnt. The other two Greco were also over cooked. We had to ask several times for drink refills. We were literally the only guest in the restaurant....read full review
Today I started my Monday out by rear ending someone on the way to drop kids off at school. Not such a great start. My boss ordered us Collina’s for lunch and the kind delivery driver was just making conversation, asking how my day was, I said I rear ended someone and it wasn’t a great start to my Monday. He was out making deliveries when he is normally in the kitchen, both of us having hectic Mondays. Well he forgot my boss’ side salad, no biggie we didn’t call or complain...read full review
