We recently had them cater crawfish for a grad party and were extremely pleased. The food was delicious (passed the mark with our family visiting from Louisiana) and the crew consisted of the nicest guys! Tens all across the board! Highly recommend using them!

JC made the process of organizing a company crawfish boil less daunting. Because of his experience in catering such events, he provided me with much needed advice.
