My husband and I,Ricardo &Debra Pineda,
Have been living here going on 7yrs.,and we’ve experienced nothing but great service and excellent care from Ms Alma and Ms Fernanda.
They both go above and beyond to taking care of their residence here at Laquna Vista.
The maintenance staff here does excellent repair work,whenever something needs to be repaired it’s complete and satisfactory work both the actual work itself and in a timely manner.

The office mgr and assistant mgr are absolutely wonderful, they really take care of things and go out of their way to help tennents when not expecting it THANK YOU! Nice complex to live.
