“Always fast service. Great food and service.. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever since I moved in to Spring 25 yrs ago.. some of the new girls the younger girls at the drive thru are kinda of snobby they don’t greet,smile or say thank you. Disappointing.. since this is my favorite store .“

“Came around 10:45am on 10/26/24. Drive thru- I got a Iced Potion Macchiato & 2 Spider donuts. A Young man took my order & a young woman served me at the window. The service was so great, quick & friendly, i had to tip. Am still thinking of the positive interaction today.“

Rich coffee, sweet cookie butter, and that cloud-like texture...chef's kiss 😋. And don't even get me started on their donuts 🍩 - fresh, soft, and perfect with that latte. If you're looking for a quick pick-me-up, Dunkin' is where it's at 👍“

“The interior could use a remodel and an update to make it cleaner
I thought the prices were a little bit for the time we went. I might be old school. I thought donut prices went down later on in the day because they are made first thing in the morning.
The employees were super nice. They were prompt getting our shakes and very professional.

“Reasonably good food, friendly service. Some new employees were making drinks for 2 orders ahead alredy until a person who knew what she was doing stepped in and made my drink finally.

Parking: It's probably the most expensive parking in all of houston“

“Stopped by on a late flight just before you closed. Ice coffee and the last cinnamon roll in the case.. Mom wanted an apple fritter but settled for a Chocolate Donut ? and coffee for my Mom. Your guy was very patient and explained the coffees and their flavors and options to my Mom that doesn't come very often and is easily overwhelmed and confused by huge menus..I really appreciated he took the time especially since they were preparing to close...???Rock on guys..Thank you!!“

“Amazing and fresh kolaches and donuts! My opinion the best kolaches in the area! Such courteous and friendly employees, Anna is so polite and knowledgeable about menu items! My favorite Dunkin Donuts location!

“I'm always on the go, so I mainly use the app to re-order my usual and pick up via drive thru. I have consistently received fast and friendly service from everyone here. If they have wi-fi, I may go inside the store one day and work on my laptop while keeping a constant supply of caffeine nearby 😉“

“I didn't have much dough but my experience was amazing and worth it.
I walked into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The music playing in the dining room added an essence of comfort and positivity. This was only enhanced by the lovely smile in the face of the sales clerk who greeted me immediately.
My order was taken correctly and made quickly.
It tasted amazing. And for only $6 dollars.
I think I'll be back tomorrow. 😋 Yum yum

“Decent food, good coffee, amazing service. Attentively checked on as I took a while to look through the menu before ordering. She apologized and quickly remade my drink with no questions asked after I decided I didn’t want the sugar with the iced coffee. Positive attitude throughout.“

“Came there in the morning to get a dozen donuts and snack and bacon and a coffee I always come for the snack and bacon. It’s the best but on this particular day, my snack and bacon was given to me only one quantity when I ordered two and then it was given to me cold and when I said something to the cashier about it being cold And informed her that is usually hot, she told me well. She didn’t personally make it and I never said that she did. I just knew that that wasn’t the way it was supposed to be served. Drive-through cashier‘s attitudes need to be better and not rush the customers when they’re trying to give their order on the intercom that way they put it in right.“

“I don’t know if it’s just me/my order but each time I’ve gone, they’ve gotten my drink wrong, causing me to drive back to get my order right.

Besides that, employees are always nice + helpful when it comes to taking order, remaking my order & preparing it.“

“Kinda sketchy place. Bathrooms need a key to access, so I'm assuming there's a lot of homeless activitie. Surprisingly enough, there are only a few places I've gone to that get my coffee right, and they nailed it, so great job!“

“This Dunkin location never disappoints!!! I wish this location was closer to my job, because I would stop every morning before work. My drink is always on point, and Jessica always has a smile on her face when servicing at the window. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I come so much, that Jessica knows who I am based off my order. Hands down this location is my FAVORITE Dunkin location!!!“

“I came through the drive through looking for donuts because couldn’t trust myself to go inside lol I ordered 1 filled donut and 1 munchkin (just a little something something to get me through my long drive) and was pleasantly surprised. It was late in the evening and the donuts were still fresh.“
