East Side King is a fantastic restaurant with excellent service. The staff is understanding and accommodating, even remaking a dish to accommodate a customer's allergy. The food is okay, with highlights like crispy and juicy chicken katsu and tasty seasoning. However, some customers found the sweet rice in the bowls to be off-putting. Portion sizes are decent, but be prepared for a wait, as they may not text you when your food is ready. Overall, East Side King offers a good dining experience with some room for improvement.
