“Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and my brother and I had a wonderful lunch. Kevin who is the manager/owner is doing an amazing job at running this place. The atmosphere was clean, the employees were friendly, the food was delicious, and he made us feel like we were eating lunch at a friends place. Come and visit this location, it’s by far the best! We will most definitely be returning.“

“I was heading home and hungry. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs. I ordered a tuna subway. It was pretty big and I only ate half. They have a drive-thru and I didn't know it at the time I went in. The sandwich is served in a compostable box and paper bag. It comes with a pickle slice. It was pretty good but I prefer the subway from a competitor.“
“I don’t think you can go wrong with any Firehouse locations, except for Echo Lane in Houston, but that’s another review (and I have, so check it out before going).This location (Westheimer) is not my “home” location, but it was worth my trip. The dining area is large and spacious, the service is great, and the sandwiches are tasty. I gave 5 star because they wowed me. I ordered 2 sandwiches for my aunt and myself. Hers was basic, but mine, well let’s just say I am very picky. My home store knows me by name when I walk in and they know my order by heart. I order different meats, but my toppings/alterations are usually the same. Whether it’s the Italian, the Hook ‘n Ladder or the Club On A Sub, I have specifications that could annoy some order takers. The service at this location was on top of it and took my order with a big smile. I even forgot my big alteration, meat and cheese cold, but they pleasantly changed it mid making for me. “Stopped by to grab a sandwich for lunch. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me which sandwiches were popular to help me decide what to order. Overall I felt like the store was clean and the employees were friendly. The sandwich was also delicious. About $10 for a combo meal isn't too bad either. I'll be back next time I'm craving a sandwich.“
“Ordered in advance on the app. There was apparently a large take-out order being worked when I came in. Staff noticed I was sitting and waiting near the pick-up area and came over to confirm then made sure my order got worked in. I've been a fan of the New York Steamer since discovering Firehouse.
