I ordered a combo with chili!It was boiling it was so hot.I ate my sandwich and my pickle, and it was still steaming hot and burning my mouth and throat.I asked if they could put it in the fridge and one of the staff said i can't serve it to u cold.Then she takes it and buts a frigid lid on top of it. I absolutely LOVE this firehouse subs meyerland plaza location! Words can’t even describe how awesome the staff members are. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. They even give recommendations on what toppings would go best with what subs. I’ve tried some of the recommendations and it did make my sub taste even better.

Danny and Antoine are soooo sweet and welcoming! I came in after my wax appointment next door to grab a bite before ordering an Uber home and they were so sweet! I love this location and these two and the other employees present at the time were very nice and sweet! Y'all keep rocking out! -Vedara!!
