I had a great experience at Flying Fish. Amazing service, cool decor and atmosphere! I ordered the grilled rainbow trout with chimichurri sauce, and on the side I had roasted squash and rice and beans. I do think I would've liked a little more sauce on the fish but it was very fresh tasting.
Incredible service, incredible food and great atmosphere. Was my first time today and will be going back. They fry their food and peanut oil giving it a delicious taste and non-bloated feeling when completed.

4 stars—I raised my rating after hearing from the manager and going back to give the restaurant another chance. Dining area was clean. Food was seasoned properly. Veggies were hot.2 stars—Only 5 of 21 tables in main dining area open at 8pm. The remaining tables dirty, full of dishes. Just fairly disgusting all around. We’ve eaten here since the place opened.
