I used to LOVE Freebirds burritos but today we didn't have a good experience at the one on I-10 and Taylor. We walked into an overwhelming sewage smell that made us almost want to turn around and leave right then. The first person on their staff that we dealt with was unfamiliar with some of their policies, a bit RUDE, gave us grumpy looks, was not very helpful, acted like we were putting her out, and looked like she hated her job.
