Best fish I've ever had. Every cut tasted like i had caught and fileted it at the table. The freshness was unmatched. This is now my go to place for sushi!! Evan was our waiter and had the brightest smile! So attentive and pleasant!!! Can't wait to come here again!
The takoyaki here was spot on with just the right amount of sauce and mayo. I was definitely the best part of the Texans game tonight, and I would be the best thing you order all week. If you are a cute guy, consider this your invitation to reach out.
Omg! The food was amazing!!! Not only that but the service was so welcoming. Zeke really went above and beyond! I will definitely be returning back for not only the food and great atmosphere but how welcoming he was especially for our first visit. Seemed very knowledgeable, had a great character, and made everything so easy and fun.
On top of that the Chef has some great skill and everything was on point!

Based on the reviews, Fukuoka Sushi Bar & Grill offers very fresh and flavorful sushi and sashimi. The rainbow roll is a good size, and the squid nigiri is sliced in a way that gives it a pleasant texture. The takoyaki is pretty good, though it uses cabbage shreds instead of Bonito flakes. Other menu items like the shaggy dog roll, tuna roll, salmon roll, and a large portion of Chicken Fried Rice are also delicious. The food is well worth the amazing price, offering excellent value. The atmosphere is very relaxing and well decorated, with great vibes. The service is incredible, with an amazing server and a very kind owner and staff. The green tea is also amazing. It is an authentic, consistent, and one of the best Japanese spots around. Note that they do charge extra for sauces like eel sauce and ponzu.
