Took my order, confirmed it with an email and initial Ship notice. Never shipped it and cancelled order with zero communication. No answer to phone number, so stuck waiting on customer service to return my email. Now it’s too late to order and have my gift arrive before Christmas From another, more competent retailer. Not cool Goode Co.
This company does not ship out their goods on date selected on their ship by date, instead ship out days later and makes a million excuses as to why you are getting your merchandise extremely late. Will never purchase again!!!
