GREEK IN CYPRESS

I don't think I've waited longer for food in my life. There was one couple ahead of us when we ordered and we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Definitely not a fast enough pace to serve lunch when there really isn't even a rush going on at all. The food was not worth it. Gyro meat didn't look like gyro meat and was tough. Burger was subpar on a stale bun. Onion rings had zero flavor. Would not recommend.

I really wanted to like it;however, it Isn't the same place it used to be...now it is Greek, hot dogs, and burgers. When we walked it we were told 1-1/2 hour wait for burgers. :/ I had ordered, Found out it was not in stock. They suggested another, I agreed. Later to find out they were not available. Really cute, unassuming restaurant in the corner of a strip center. It really belies how incredible the food is. Everything is really good here. The hummus is not homemade but you literally can not tell. The pita is warm and soft. The spanakopita was *chef's kiss*. We had the gyro platters which were drool worthy.
