“Ordered the mixed (beef and chicken) sandwich it was very good. The fries portion is very big, meal came with a lot of sauce at no extra cost. Falafel was good. The star of the show though was definitely the BAKLAVA! Restaurant was also clean service was fast and staff was polite.“
“Finally was able to try Big Bite and so glad I did. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and a gyro. Both were very good with lots of meat and the classic flavors you are looking for. Meat was tender, juicy and not over salted. Sauces were all great and the chili sauce had a nice little kick.Luckily, the owner showed up while I was there because he told me that the ‘over rice’ things are what they are know for. He hooked me up with a sample that blew me away with that flavor packed rice. That is the way to go. Excellent!! You don’t have to be out at the bars to stop by and grab some grub. So make a stop!“

“This food is to die for. It was our first time and the staff was extremely friendly helping us navigate the ordering process. Everything we ordered was perfect and the pita was the best we've ever had. I enjoyed crafting each bite individually with different sides and proteins; the flavor combinations seemed endless! I don't live in Houston, so unfortunately I'll have to dream about this food until we get a chance to come back.“
“Fantastikós! A gem! Super friendly and we loved everything we ordered this first visit. You can tell there is love put into this food! We ate at the restaurant and ordered: Spana omelet (listed under brunch but we had it for dinner) with greens, meat mezze, gigantes, moussaka, lamb wrap with lemon potatoes, spanakopita, mint lemonade and white wine that I can't find on online menus. Plates are great for sharing. The menu there is more extensive than menu I've seen online. Our entire party loved everything (save our picky eater who tried and ate much more than she does at any other restaurant!) The atmosphere is clean, cozy, intimate and warm. I foresee this becoming a family favorite.“

“It matters to me, how employees are treated by their management. Where I spend my money matters especially now. An employee was serving a client ahead of me in a To-go platter. As he serves the gentleman. A man, about 5’10, black curly hair, in a fitted well ironed stripped long sleeve button up with black slacks came around to “help” as I assumed. But instead he grabs the platter out of the employees hand as he towers over him, looks him up and down, SCOFFS, and his facial expression didn’t match the situation, it was discuss and distain. Mind you, it was about tabouli being put in a place in the To-Go box. This happened in front of me, and in front of another client. He says nothing to the employee but an eye roll. And proceeds to serve the other client. Why does it matter? Why do I care? I have worked in the food industry my whole life, and just like that man treated the employee I too was treated in such ways. If you don’t understand, I’m sorry you have lived a life of convenience and haven’t had to experience being mistreated. The food is excellent the, the place is clean. The only thing that is lacking, is their humanity. Do better. Be kinder.“
“Niko nikos is a Houston institution. The food is outstanding. Not sure how authentic it is but it’s effing delicious. Customer service is outstanding, I left my wallet there and they saved it with my all my belonging in tact. Dessert is the bomb too. Portion sizes are massive. You can’t go wrong here.“

“Accidentally ended up here during a late night drive and actually walked in looking for a vegan restaurant. The waiter (Juan) was so friendly that his cheerfulness convinced me to stay and dine on the patio of the restaurant. Juan recommended their vegan option, which was a vegan wrap. IT WAS DELICIOUS. I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery while sitting on the porch as the cars drove by. The music was classical and I was very relaxed while eating my meal because the ambiance was perfect. “Absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. Quality of food is always top notch, fresh and good portion. Despite this place being packed most of the time, seating is always available within 15-20 minutes. I suggest using their waitlist in google for sure. Very easy and convenient to use.One complaint only, I think they’ve recently added automatic gratuity to the checks and they won’t let you know ahead of time. When you’re signing off on your payment, they ask for additional gratuity. It’s like they’re double dipping into your wallet. Don’t get me wrong I’ll be more than happy to pay 15-25% tip but let me decide if the server deserves this amount. Most servers are very attentive and take care of you pretty well, but you never know.I definitely recommend Harry’s to anyone who’s up for good food and drinks. ?“
