“My parents and I visited Aga’s restaurant and were amazed at not only the quality of food but also the service. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter were very nice. Our waiter Khatija was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. The floor manager took his time to welcome my family and made it his main priority to adjust everything to our liking. Especially nowadays with COVID-19, it’s hard to find a clean but comfortable restaurant environment I felt like my family was number 1. Also, it felt like I was over at family or friends. So I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr.Sufiayn, Mr.Shawqat, and Ms.Khatija from the bottom of my heart.“

“I had the fish sandwich which was perfectly spiced and a very good portion. My husband had the gyro sandwich and liked it. I’m a regular and I have called several times in the past to place an order or ordered on Uber eats and needed to make a change and nobody answers.“

“Playsure Island is definitely not your typical dine-in spot. But that’s honestly part of its charm. If you’re coming here expecting ambiance or a polished dining experience, you’re missing the point. This place is all about the food, and it absolutely delivers.

Their chai is hands-down some of the best in Houston. It’s rich, perfectly spiced, and consistently good every single time. The bun kebab sandwiches are the real standout though, so flavorful and satisfying, they’re the kind of thing you keep craving long after you’ve finished. The chaat is also really solid, and the samosas? Easily some of the best around, crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor.

This has become a regular spot for us and we’re here at least once a month. Most of the time, we just grab our food and sit in the car to enjoy it, and honestly, that’s part of the experience at this point.

“My husband and I and our two children visited this Yemeni restaurant today, we are Palestinian and have never tried Yemeni food, we wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. My husband ordered the grilled fish and it was the star, it was delicious! I had the Mandi chicken and it was so flavorful and tender. The Mandi rice was very good, especially with the tomato sauce and yogurt sauce. They had chicken nuggets and French fries for the kids. We also had the fattoush which I felt was lacking but not bad, it was fresh. Hummus was very good. My favorite part was the complimentary tea, very tasty. Our host and waiter was genuinely kind and attentive.“
