“My parents and I visited Aga’s restaurant and were amazed at not only the quality of food but also the service. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter were very nice. Our waiter Khatija was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. The floor manager took his time to welcome my family and made it his main priority to adjust everything to our liking. Especially nowadays with COVID-19, it’s hard to find a clean but comfortable restaurant environment I felt like my family was number 1. Also, it felt like I was over at family or friends. So I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr.Sufiayn, Mr.Shawqat, and Ms.Khatija from the bottom of my heart.“

We arrived at 8:52pm as we didn’t know they close at 9:00pm and the owner happily greeted us and accepted our order with a smile on his face! Customer service is exceptional and the food (burgers in specific) are out of this world. Freshly cooked and flavor is amazing you can taste the love the owner puts into each order. I could rave on about them but you just have to taste them for yourself. We love this place and will be forever customers! :)“

Hot was pretty spicy if you like drinking lots of water and too much pickle taste. Medium was perfect, not too hot, similar to wingstop mild. Would recommend if you like hot chicken“

“I love spicy food, so I tried the REAPER! And it was meh. Don't get me wrong it WAS spicy, but it didn't taste good. It's like drinking everclear vs a cocktail. It doesn't pull you back in with layers of flavor or nuance. It's just super hot chicken. The real challenge isn't finishing it because of the heat, it's finishing it because of the flavor. The food itself was cooked well and the chicken was juicy. The fries were crispy. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the food. They just need to tweak the seasoning on the REAPER to make it worth the pain.“

“You've got to check out Shah's Halal Food in Houston — this place is seriously good! They serve real New York–style halal food, and everything tastes fresh. It's right on Westheimer, super easy to get to, and perfect if you want a quick meal anytime.

The inside is bright and comfortable, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The gyros and chicken over rice are amazing, and the sauces make it even better. Plus, the portions are big for the price.

If you're looking for delicious, strictly halal food that's fast, affordable, and flavorful, this is definitely the spot.

“My favorite Pakistani/Indian restaurant in Houston now. Love everything here but the grilled butterfly chicken is just amazing. I don’t even get anything else here anymore since I discovered it. Well other than brunch on the weekends when I love the Pakistani breakfast options.Only thing I would recommend is they do need to do a better job of answering their phone. I’m a regular and I have called several times in the past to place an order or ordered on Uber eats and needed to make a change and nobody answers.“

“My husband and I and our two children visited this Yemeni restaurant today, we are Palestinian and have never tried Yemeni food, we wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. My husband ordered the grilled fish and it was the star, it was delicious! I had the Mandi chicken and it was so flavorful and tender. The Mandi rice was very good, especially with the tomato sauce and yogurt sauce. They had chicken nuggets and French fries for the kids. We also had the fattoush which I felt was lacking but not bad, it was fresh. Hummus was very good. My favorite part was the complimentary tea, very tasty.
