Happy Lamb Hot Pot offers delicious food and a great atmosphere. The restaurant features a buffet addition, which is reasonably priced and has plenty of options to choose from. While service can be lacking at times, the food makes up for it. The lamb is always spot on, and the rest of the menu is solid too. The broth, especially the tomato broth, and cuts of meat, including beef and lamb, are fantastic. The staff is generally welcoming and attentive, especially in taking away empty plates. Some dishes may rotate depending on the economy, but the value and taste of the food make it a great spot to visit. Although some areas of the restaurant could use a facelift, the fresh ingredients and great variety ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
