“We had a wonderful experience at Shabu En Hot Pot! The all-you-can-eat concept is perfect if you enjoy interactive dining. The variety of broths was excellent specially the mushroom broth and everything from the sliced beef to the seafood and fresh vegetables tasted high quality and fresh.

The meat selection in particular stood out, thinly sliced, flavorful, and cooked perfectly in the broth. The sauce bar had plenty of options to customize your flavors.

The restaurant is clean, modern, and lively. Service was attentive, and staff were quick to refill items and clear plates. It does get busy during peak hours, but that just shows how popular it is. Not to forget the shaved ice and mini tiramisu was a delight.

Overall, a great spot for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Definitely one of the better hot pot experiences in Houston. We’ll be back!“

“We’ve came here before, and it’s been wonderful! But today I found a hair on my pot. It wasn’t mine, or my family’s, so I informed the waitress. I put the hair on a paper towel, showed her and explained what had happened, and she took it to her manager. Her manager came and told me that the waitress didn’t understand what I’d told her. So I explained to the manager the situation again and she said, “There wasn’t a hair on the towel that she showed me.”, meaning that the waitress must’ve dropped it. I’m not sure why she didn’t as me to repeat, or asked my family what I meant, instead of just telling me “Okay.” and getting her manager. Since there was “no proof”, the manager still charged me for the $19.99 pot, but gave me a $1.90 discount😐“

“Came here for lunch and was met with a beautiful restaurant! The food was good, but not worth the price in my opinion. I would recommend coming during the weekdays for their lunch special. Galbi and seafood pancake were good, just expensive.“

“Love this place as you can either order a set menu (online) or build your own in store. Normally I only ever get around the 1lb mark anyways so it's easy to just your cost : )

My favorite is the mochi filled tofu, enoki mushrooms and thick/thin clear noodles

“First visit—definitely not the last! The food was absolutely incredible! I ordered the jerk chicken, curry shrimp, and curry chicken. Every bite was bursting with authentic Caribbean flavor. The seasoning was just right — smoky, spicy, and full of depth.

The staff was so friendly and attentive — she made us feel welcomed and checked in just enough without hovering. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the service.

“Went here with my cousin today, the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous! You start with a chicken dish (we got medium spice/size) and it was more than enough for two people to share. The flavor was phenomenal. I particularly liked the onions. After you finish your first dish, they come by and fill your bowl with chicken broth, turning it into a delicious hot pot. All sides you can add on are generous as well. Overall, wonderful experience. We will be coming back for sure!“

“Came here on a Saturday afternoon after a friend recommended it. Ordered 3C pho with meat balls and 4C pho with tripe and beef tendon. Plus the combination banh mi and roast pork banh mi. Overall very tasty food.
Service was fast and friendly, our waiter introduced the foods and told us about the promotion for banh mis. We got our food a few minutes after ordering and everything tasted fresh and well made.“

“Sorry, I wasn't feeling the best, so I didn't get a chance to take photos. The vermicelli bowl was very good. The flavors were perfect.

More importantly, the washrooms were decent! It's probably the cleanest of all the Vietnamese places that we have been to. That's saying something!“
