“We've been to this location many times for breakfast and the food and service is always consistent and good. However, we went there one evening for dinner and I had one of the best hamburgers and milkshakes I have ever had. My wife had the beef tips and they were also excellent. Every time we go to this location the food and service has been very good based on our experience.“

“We were a party at 6 and we always go to this location between wednesday and sunday. Service is amazing, our waitress, damaris always charmful and checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed, same as the manager, and food was 10/10.“

“I stopped by this IHOP around 2 a.m., which has become my little ritual after a long day of running errands and chores. Usually, it’s just a quiet, simple meal to end the night, but this visit turned out to be something special. I had the pleasure of being served by Tammy, and let me tell you, she completely changed the vibe of my night.

At 2 a.m., most people are running on fumes, but Tammy? She was full of energy, smiling, cracking jokes, and making the whole place feel warm and inviting. Her energy was so contagious that I didn’t even need my usual coffee to wake me up, she was the coffee!

She checked in often without hovering, made sure our food came out just right, and was genuinely friendly in a way that didn’t feel forced. It’s rare to get that kind of service in the middle of the night, and it made the food taste even better.

I left feeling happier than when I walked in, which is exactly what great service should do. From now on, Sunday late nights are going to be my “Tammy IHOP nights” because I know I’ll leave with a full stomach and a big smile.“

“Since 2012 Linda has been the reason we keep coming back. I have never seen a person work harder. She always gets a huge tip from me because of her attention and her service. She should teach classes on how to succeed in the service industry. WELL DONE LUNDA!!!!“

“We arrived at IHOP around 8:30am on a Tuesday morning. The building itself isn’t the most modern or best-looking from the outside, but once we walked in, the staff made us feel very welcome. Our server, a kind Hispanic woman, was super friendly and attentive. She took her time getting our order right and even brewed us a fresh pot of coffee, which was honestly really good—better than we expected for a chain restaurant.

We ordered the chicken and waffles along with pancakes, and both were cooked just right. The chicken was crispy, the waffle was soft but not soggy, and the pancakes were fluffy like you’d hope for at IHOP. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from this place: casual, laid-back, and comfortable for a quick breakfast or brunch.“

My all time favorite for breakfast. I come to this location often, on weekday mornings, not crowded. Not a fancy place. See lot of families. They have good breakfast, great welcoming service, very comfortable. You can sit back and enjoy your food and coffee.“

“I've been here on two separate occasions. I have to tell you, this IHOP is the exception to the rule. Not all IHops are equal if they were all like this they would be much busier. Food is really good, like right out of the pictures. I had stopped going to IHOP because the ones near me are not as good as other options. My daughter talked me into going as it was on our way the other day. Coincidence led me there the second time and once again they did not disappoint. Go there and leave with a full belly and a smile! My only complaint is that the booths are on the small side, but I'm bigger than average so...“

“We are usually seated quickly, but i know they can get super busy. My favorite order of all time, my go-to, has always been the Big Steak Omelet. It's the BEST thing on the menu. I occasionally try other things, but nothing compares to the Big Steak Omelet with a side of delicious pancakes. Wish they still had their flavored syrups they used to long ago.“

“Went during a breakfast rush while waiting for our dog to get treated at a nearby vet's office. The parking lot and dining room were packed, and there were servers galore zipping around like bees in a beehive. We worried at first, but they fit us right in like pros. And we stuffed ourselves silly and wanted to hibernate instead of go back to the vet! Clean restrooms too. This is comfort food and comfort environment.“

“Actually a good place, the service is always good, the food isn't always perfect but they manage to please you well. All those comments with unreasonable complaints just come from a kind of people that usually order grits with butter and then complain bc the grits are hot and the butter too buttery.“

“Just wanted to let someone know how great our visit was today. First of all I want to let you know that our server who's name is Kameran made our visit exquisite from beginning to the time we left. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. Did not miss one thing on our order. Made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask.
Now let's get to our order my husband had the breakfast sampler, I had the T-bone steak and eggs with pancakes, my oldest son had the Bacon Temptation and my youngest had the Chicken and Biscuit sandwich with fries and what was even better was that they bought back the 🫶 sausage patties 🫶 I was really happy about that. I had an idea of what I wanted to order. Double blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes inside my pancakes, with fresh strawberries and bananas on top of my pancakes. My meal was brought out at first, I was disappointed it did not have enough blueberries as I had imagined.

Victoria brought me out fresh blueberries syrup and hot syrup. Needless to say, I cleaned out the entire plate. Kudos to Victoria she is my waitress of choice!!!“

“It's been a little while since I've stopped by the HOP on Fuqua, but tonight reminded me why this place is my go-to after work comfort stop. I ordered my all-time favorite the (Breakfast Sampler) and let me tell you, it was just as fresh, hot, and satisfying as I remembered. Every item or the plate was cooked to perfection. From the crispy bacon to the fluffy pancakes, it hit the spot!
I usually come at night, and that's honestly the best time.
It's quiet, practically empty, and I always get my food quickly without any delays or distractions. The service is smooth and respectful, and I appreciate how relaxing the vibe is. No noise, no fuss just good food and good service in a calm setting.

“I just want to express how grateful and satisfied I am with the service we received at this IHOP (11225 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079) and especially with our wonderful server, Tiffany, on Sunday afternoon, July 6th, 2025.

We had originally planned a big family brunch at another restaurant, but when we got there, it turned out to be far too noisy and crowded. Since one of our family members is autistic and we were a large party who wanted to be able to talk to each other, it was really important for us to find a quieter, calmer spot where we could actually enjoy our time together.

I called this IHOP to ask if they were busy and explained our situation. They were so understanding, told us they had plenty of room and that it wasn’t noisy at all, so we headed over right away.

They were absolutely right! As soon as we arrived, they seated our party of 11 immediately in a quieter area with very few other guests around. Tiffany took wonderful care of us the entire time. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful—which made our last-minute brunch not only possible, but truly enjoyable.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that can accommodate a large group on a Sunday afternoon without missing a beat, and even rarer to get such genuine, excellent service. Thanks to Tiffany and the entire team, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a relaxed, happy family meal.

“went here on my lunch break it was completely empty, which was cool, but I still had to wait to be seated which I didn’t understand. once I did get the food though it was very good. Had the protein, pancake short stack I had the breakfast burrito as well. tasted good and they didn’t take long to come out“

“iHop was one of the few places open at this time after Hurricane Beryl came through. Even though they had a limited menu, the breakfast food was still very tasty. My eggs amd bacon were done to perfection and the pancakes were nice and fluffy.“
