“Stopped by IHOP for a quick bite and ended up having a such a nice conversation with the staff, everyone was so nice. But our server Jasmine, aka Jas! She was Ahhhmazing—super friendly, attentive, and polite. Even though it was her first day, you couldn’t even tell, she nailed it with her service. The food was pretty good overall, but there were a few mix-ups with our orders from the kitchen. Despite that, Jas's awesome service totally made up for it. “Server was excellent despite the restaurant being "short-handed." In the Post-COVID lockdown "way we do budiness," I find most restaurants can't keep staff, good or bad, because Target and HEB will pay $14 an hour, while wautstaff STILL get "$2.30 plus tips"....“
