“I have always liked the food and service at this location. I do feel sorry for the service people sometimes. This last time I was there, there was a family with a couple of small children, not babies. They were throwing food and anything they could get their hand on on the floor. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. Not crying, just screaming. The adults at the table did nothing to try and clam then down, or stop them from throwing stuff on the floor. And we all know no days no one should say anything because then you are a hater or Karen, and are the subject of a new videoA lot of people were just looking at them. But keep quiet. So for all the people who also paid for their food and just wanted to enjoy it, this is the entitled world we live in now.There is no blame on the servers or other people.“
“It took too long to bring the order, and it was not so full that it would take that long, I had to ask them to change my cutlery because they were dirty.Well, because the manager or the owner was there, I wasn't sure. (asking if everything was okay)“

“I’m giving the five stars for marisela! Our server was Vincent but it seemed liked Vincent was bothered by us. Every time we would ask him for something he walked away shaking his head. Marisela was cleaning a table next to us and she was so sweet!! She went and got us what we asked for which was just strawberry jam. She was then very attentive of us and sweet. Such a hard working woman!“
“Great Spicy Poblano Omelet. What I like about IHOP is consistency of their dishes. I always get what I expect so I'm never disappointed. The service is generally very good. This location is kinda small but I'm willing to overlook this.“
“We've been going to IHOP almost every Sunday since early June when we went there to try their steak burgers only to find out they have buy 1 get 1 free on anything on the menu except the 55+ menu 3pm - 6pm every day for people 55+.We've get excellent service from our favorite waitress, Angie & others and delicious hot food every time.Our favorites are the steak burgers, chicken sandwiches and the cali turkey melt. The french fries are very good but we love their breakfast potatoes. Their entrees are also good. Our favorite sides are yellow & green beans, red skin mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese The only reason why not giving 5 stars is because the cooks don't get our orders right the 1st time about once a month.“
“My friend Jessica took me out for dinner to this IHOP location. We went after work, we both work as teachers at Harris County Department of Education. I decided to get a bacon burger which was juicy, tasty and delicious. My friend opted out for a breakfast item which also looked really good. The waiter that attended us was very attentive and had very good customer service skills. The atmosphere was a quiet one as we were the only patrons late at night after 9:30 p. m. Thank you IHOP - for the nice service and good food.“
“It wasn't very busy, but my friend & i waited 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken & then another 35 minutes for our food orders, then another 25 minutes or so for our meals, even though people that had came in after us were served 1st, the 1st bite of my hamburger was good but my friend stopped me from eating more because there was a long hair hanging off of the back of it, so, I was hungry so I did eat my fries, which were good, so when the waitress came back I politely told her about it & she did offer me another hamburger but we didn't have time to wait for it, they didn't offer to take it off of our bill, so that was some very expensive fries, we won't be going back, we did not feel very welcomed at all“

“Very attentive waiters, noticeable if you wanted to just sit and chat and have time, not very busy ever though it seems this whole area since before COVID mainly seems to just do lots of take out delivery only to the areas.The new wonka menu was crazy nasty looking and their frozen new flavored coffees "iced" "frappe" type-style (the caramel) was SPECIFICALLY DISGUSTING. A DEF from a lil packet or something but he was awesome and asked if I liked it or not he could tell my face was like EW\WWWWWW LOL, and I got a delicious hot cocoa like my mum did with heaps of whip on top in such a large mug than they used too! Loved it! Quesadilla on point and reg eggs bacon Belgian waffle cheesecake strawberries is my fave, always sooo good even reheated!The Togo boxes are better too now, perfect for reheating and delivery.... “Went to this lovely ihop location with some close friends and my lover after a movie, it was close to 2 in the morning and I have to say the staff, was so friendly, food came out fast and accurate and Meke (sorry I misspelled her name) was so friendly for checking on us, this was by far the best ihop dining experience I ever had, especially at the time that I went.“
“Waiting a minute to get a worker to take care of us and get seated but I found out that it was because they were short on staff, so I’m not rating on that because if I do it would be 3 stars. They just need better management to make sure they are cover for every shift with enough people. Other than that, the guy who helped us was doing his best to clean a table and get our food ready.“
“My father, husband, and I had truly enjoyed our late night visit to IHOP for breakfast. Our server Katria was quick to seat us and was very courteous and kind and the only person manhandling the entire diner ALL to her self. The food was delicious; well presented and hot on the plate. Only thing that was wrong in this establishment was its dirty on the floors and tables around us needing to be cleaned because the customers were long gone and no use to still have trash and plates all over it.“
“This location isn't as dated as some of the IHOPS around town. They have plugs near some of the booths, so you can bring your laptop and get a bit of work done. They were well staffed and the food was served quickly and just as I ordered it. The food was great but I miss the lingonberry butter for my Swedish crepes. Bring it back, IHOP!“
“We have found a great place for Brunch in the Northwest Houston/Cypress area at a reasonable price. IHOP at 13335 FM 1960. The food will be cooked to your request and ready quickly. If you can make it between around 11 AM to early afternoon (brunch-time) ask for Katherine to be your server. She is very personable no matter how crowded the place is. She always gets the order right and is very pleasant. If you think IHOP is below your standards, you should give this one a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. The kitchen has always been very clean and all of their staff is great to be of service including the managers if needed.The Poblano Spicy Eggs Benedict are a favorite along with other items like, the Split Decision, 2-2-2, French Toast (try the strawberries version). Just try what you think you might like.“
