Good food, staff well trained, food is always hot and fresh.
My jack in the box always is hiring people they never can keep employees.
My son can't have cheese do to an allergy. I will repeat myself several times throughout the ordering process and BAM still cheese on the burger. He's 15 and I've been ordering this way for ages. I know what to say and how to say it!!!
If you work in the food industry and are an order taker please listen to what the customer is asking for before cutting them off to ask small, medium or large.
