This store takes over an hour every single time and like others makes stupid excuses. Corporate should take notice because this store is killing the Freaky Fast reputation.
We are upstairs on the 14th floor. Today we ordered 5 sandwiches and chips... it took 1 hr 10 mins for our food to be delivered, even after placing 2 calls to the store. For a restaurant that states "5 minutes" delivery, 70 minutes seems quite excessive. Our bosses are not happy!
