First time ordering African food. I had the Egusi soup made out of ground seeds and chicken as my protein (you get a choice). You can mix them together and eat it like a stew along with your choice of a “swallow” to eat it without utensils if you like. I was a beginner so needed a little help with the menu etc, but really enjoyed my food. It was fun & the sauces especially were fantastic.
