Worse customer service after complaining that their kolaches were bought were old & nasty. Instead female behind counter said “oh well” & “I don’t care just don’t come back” !!! No apologies no nothing, we weren’t looking for a refund or anything free which she didn’t offer. Just unbelievably offensive. Will definitely never go back. Apparently they serve old day kolaches.
Warning ‼️ Very poor customer service after I brought it to their attention that the kolaches were old and tasted nasty! She told me oh well and that she didn’t care! Not A, I’m sorry about that! Nothing ! She told me Just don’t come back and buy here again! I couldn’t believe what she was telling me. Like she didn’t care at all. Their donuts are disgusting 🤮 just like their Customer Service!
I’ve went to the grand opening on Saturday, and I wasn’t disappointed one bit. The many varieties of kolaches there will make any picky eater glee with delight. The brisket Kolache will make you question why you haven’t tried them sooner. 😎
