I have been to Katz many times it was always good.I went today for lunch it was terrible,,My husband ordered the klassic sandwich for 17.99,,was smaller than the skinny sandwich,,,he ordered onion rings to go along with it for 4.99,,he got 5 rings,,portion sizes so small ,prices on the rise,,then we paid with a credit card and they charged a credit card surcharge,,,so customers beware Katz’s has changed and not for the better.
Horrible experience we had. The portions were small for the price. No fries come with sandwiches. No other deli’s do this that we have been to. $4.00 to add fries and you get about 10 fires. So sad. We asked for some thousand island and ranch. We got charged over $5 dollars for ranch and thousand island. Surprised we didn’t get charged for ketchup. Black and white cook was so dry. Pastrami was good but talk about a small amount of meat for a $15 dollar sandwich. Couldn’t...read full review
