“On this day 10/04/2024 I visited the KFC Restaurant on 8787 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77028 The drive thru clerk Anisa or Aniza was a grand stewardess. She is of high frequency and vibration. She made an imprint within my visit there today. It was something to experience. Pleasant would not validate the exchange of authentic energy Anisa was found to be in. She lead with ownership and a hospitality we any consumer returning wants and needs. She would be the first familiar face I would want to greet me. She deserves a promotion or some form of recognition for the demonstration of leadership qualities and what it truly means to be GRAND!!! I don't usually tale out time to survey services I paid for, but Anisa gave me every to do so. I am pretty sure she went above her duties. She gave forefront energy that consumers in this day and age is certain to need. She was grand. She was original. She is of reason. KFC you guys enjoy with gratitude het employment there because Anisa isn't just an initiative, Anisa is an initiator. #5starenergy“
“KFC, is still by far the best chicken because of its original flavor, and taste, and the fact that it’s baked, but keep in mind that this can only be said of differences in areas and because of whose cooking it, and this can also be said of the kind of service you receive.“
“The customer service was friendly and helpful when ordering. My family meal was more than enough and everyone was happy with the portions. ( a lot of leftovers) overall the food was fresh and warm so no complaining here from me.I will most definitely come back.“

“I felt satisfied because they offered all kinds of specials that they had without hidding any of them or making me pay more for the original price without the special. The people were so nice and friendly, but I was really surprised by how fast my food was ready. The crispy chicken is my favorite alongside the famous bowl that they have. Should definitely give it a go if you want good food.“
“I love KFC original recipe. Food was great but thank goodness I checked my order because they got it wrong because I asked for all dark meat and made sure to say it four times throughout my order as well as at the window and when they handed it to me I even asked them again and the lady told me no she packed herself and she got it wrong and apologized. Her excuse was they were short-handed. No offense I understand but not the customer's problem. But she was polite about it. Other than that no complaints.“
“My teen and I went inside to order. They were so busy, and it was a little crazy. Workers are busting their behinds to get every order filled. There's a lady manager(?)that was doing a good job of directing the workers and keeping things organized and correct. She spoke loudly enough for all to hear and had a nice tone when talking. She's really good. It made our experience better, and we were very happy with our bucket of fried chicken and BISCUITS. YUM!!“

“Food was good. ALL white meat nuggets are decent. You have to ask for almost everything, sauce, butter, honey, etc. Corporate must be stingy. Bathroom is locked. Staff doesn't watch the front. Dirty tables and it seems hardly anyone stays to eat anyway. Pepsi products and Dr. Pepper.
Parking: 30+ spots and handicapped parking.“
“The Hispanic lady was dry and not genuine in helping she smiles while not really resolving customers needs and only allows one to two napkins per order and I ordered original chicken 2pc meal which can be a little juicy/greasy when I asked for a few more napkins cause I'm eating on the go , she gave unfavorable attitude and a feeling of not wanting to really do that, when customers are spending there money almost 10$ for a two piece meal and you have a problem giving a few more napkins unacceptable for good customer service.“
“Went for a quick pick up, and the front counter was really clean . The person who took care of my dad and I was super helpful and patient with us, providing us help with our questions about the menu. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for, and the cashier very politely explained that it was going to take about 10 minutes to get our food to set a good expectation. My dad and I set down for like no longer than 4 minutes, and the food was ready. I'm my opinion best service I've had at a fast food, fast, professional and delicious food. “Came here when we were craving KFC. Got a tenders big box meal came with a biscuit and two sides (cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy) and 6-piece wings with biffalo sauce. Tenders and sides were pretty good. Wings were fine as KFC style wings but were not the ideal buffalo wings. Maybe would have been better to order original recipe for real KFC flavor. Service was fast and friendly. Deco was really nice and it was a pleasant surprise to see Mister Sanders too. Would come by again.“
“Last night I came in after being turned around at little ceasars at 9:30.. even though they closed at 10pm. Pulled up at KFC.. saw the famous bowl was on sale on Monday for $5 and got in line. The store closed at 10. I’m in line at 9:45.I just wanna say whoever made my order shoutout to you. My bowl was FRESH. I had a generous amount of chicken on top. Perfect melty cheese ratio. Gravy was extra flavorful. I got a biscuit on the side and my biscuit was SOFT. Thank you so much for making my food fresh and exceeding my expectations. I’ve always loved the bowl and KFC but sometimes my experiences in fast food aren’t the greatest. Whoever made my food last night needs a raise!!!! They appreciate their job!!! They care about the food they’re giving customers. My experience was great 10/10.“
“Ordered the 16 piece tenders meal with 4 sides. Most of the time when you get so much food, they have a very hard time, not messing it up. Usually, they will always forget to put something that you ordered in the bag. And when you get home And finally realize that, as upset as you are about it, you don't want to drive all the way back. Here, they had everything in the bag. I don't think that when you buy tenders, you should have to buy extra gravy on the side.“

“I love KFC because I know what to expect, but the woman who waited on me at the drive through window looked like she just rolled out of bed and didn’t even wash her face. There was this crusty white stuff all around her mouth. Not to mention when I got home they had shorted me and only gave me 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8.“

“We work out of town alot, so we have to eat out most of the time. This location gave us a great experience! Food was almost like the pictures, orders were accurate! “Well this past Thursday Nov. 18 2021, I left a bad review. Because of a miss understanding. Had I been given a receipt, I wouldn't have gave a one star review. My issue was I thought I got a 16-piece bucket meal. When indeed I did ask for a 12, at least am man enough to admit my mistake. Sadly next time please give a receipt lol, so it won't happen again. To all those who worked that day between 3:30 & 4pm my apologies. Keep up the good work guys. 5 star.“

“We were at this location, October 23rd for dinner. We ordered a family meal and an extra side. And I have to say it was the best chicken we have ever eaten from a KFC. The people that were working there were extremely polite and friendly. We actually did an online order for pickup and decided to eat it there. They were very generous, giving us plates and forks and everything we needed to eat on-site. I was just really taken back by how nice the staff was and really, how delicious the food was.It was a great experience and will definitely be going there again... Oh, and on a side note, the music in there was fantastic!!!“

“Late, Late, Late night KFC... I LOOOOOVE CHICKEN THIGHS. I ORDERED 2 Extra crispy but be cause it was so lat I thought they'd be old and funky. But Andrea Popped up to the window with a great big smile and said he was making fresh chicken if I could wait a few minutes. How nice was He! Really friendly guy! And beautiful little diamond brought the piping hot deliciousness to my car. Great job at Westheimer KFC. Love you guys!“
