Kuu delivers a phenomenal dining experience with fresh and delicious food. The menu offers a great selection of raw, tangy, and fish-forward dishes. The sushi is one of the best in the Houston area. The atmosphere is beautiful and the vibe is chill but still kind of fancy, perfect for a night out. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful, with excellent service. Standout dishes include the mushroom rice, Clam Miso Soup, Truffle Suzuki roll, and Uni pasta. The restaurant's ambience is enhanced by a roaming violin player, making it an excellent choice for special occasions. The food is consistently incredible. The manager Raymond always goes above and beyond. The bar is a highlight. Vi is absolutely amazing with her drinks. The lycheetini is always fresh, balanced, and perfectly consistent. All staff from hostess to bartender is amazing. Whether for a special meal or a great drink at the bar, this is the place to be. Sous vide wagyu is so yummy. Happy hour is amazing. Anthony is an amazing server. The rolls and platters are fantastic. Lunch business bento box with the black cod is the best. Shoshito peppers were good too.
