La Costa-Hondureña offers delicious Honduran food in a clean, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere with good music. The restaurant might not look very surprising from the outside or inside, but the food is spectacular, especially the baleadas and chicken with slices. The baleadas are gigantic and flavorful, and the roast meat is exquisite. Complementary plantain chips are a nice touch while waiting for the food, which, although not very fast, is worth the wait. The Carne Asada with Fried Green Plantain Strips is particularly satisfying. The service is very good, making it a great place for dinner or lunch.
