Lucho's Tex-Mex offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes with a Texas twist. The Gigi Enchilada, featuring ground beef or chicken, is a popular choice, accompanied by delicious rice and refried beans. The red sauce adds great flavor. Service is generally commendable, with super nice people. Food was absolutely amazing, and the chicken fajitas dinner for 2 was seasoned so good. The food was so Great!! They have a few vegetarian selections, and it seems to be diabetic friendly. Flour tortillas were made in house and the lunch special fajitas were the perfect size, steaming hot, and a great deal. Margaritas are a must-try, especially during happy hour or on Saturdays. The Tex-Mex cuisine is said to be so delicious, one could easily enjoy it every day.
