MAD offers a great ambiance with fantastic decor, especially in the bathroom. The octopus was highlighted as the best dish ordered, while the Valencia paella was good with nice rice, though not very close to real paella. The croquetas were good but small. The atmosphere is very nice, featuring a beautiful restaurant and a DJ, creating a pleasant dining experience. Cameron provided an unforgettable Astronaut Experience, and guests plan to return to enjoy the paella with beef and seafood next time. Luis is praised for his cocktail selection and for creating an awesome dining experience with great conversation. Despite small portions and minor issues with certain dishes, MAD remains a solid choice for Spanish cuisine in Houston, with attentive service and plenty of vegetarian options available.
