Mardi Gras Madness Reviews
Owner was very rude today. I will never go again and will keep telling people not too.
Definitely some of the best home cooking from the boot you’ll ever try. She put her foot in every dish. The chef is the nicest most gracious example of a New Orlean that you’ll ever be able to find. I recommend you try everything on the menu. I started with the seafood bake potato and just went down the list on every trip back without disappointment.
Love the food and chef has a hospitality personality..

Mardi Gras Madness serves authentic New Orleans-style cuisine, including red beans, boudain balls, and Po boys. The restaurant offers great customer service, a clean environment, and delicious food, such as boudin egg rolls and pork chop sandwiches. Their menu items, like the 3 meat nachos, are fresh and hot, and the packaging ensures no sogginess. Customers praise the wings, crawfish, fish, poboys, and salads, stating that every dish has been consistently good. The staff is friendly and happy to customize orders, making sure customers get exactly what they want. The owner, Denise, is known for doing it all, and the food is often packaged nicely for takeout. Many diners appreciate the flavorful bread, fried to perfection, and enjoy the variety of options on the menu, including seafood nachos and buffalo shrimp. The restaurant provides real southern hospitality, with welcoming service and a welcoming atmosphere, and the prices are just right. Denise's cooking is made with love, and customers appreciate her sweet treats, like candy. Overall, the restaurant offers tasty, authentic New Orleans dishes with friendly service.
