Twice now I have placed a curbside order and not gotten my food. The first time I wasn't too worried because i was just using points before they expire and had a family emergency so i had to leave in a hurry. I waited 20 minutes. Two days ago i placed and paid for a curbside order and waited 45 min. They won't give me my order... I placed for pickup inside not knowing the lobby is closed and they refuse to give me my order curbside. The line is wrapped around the building and they expect me to wait in line for over 20 mins for a drink they could have simply gave me. And I can't request a refund.

McDonald's serves excellent food that leaves customers wanting more. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, with a moving memorial in the parking lot. The staff provides great customer service, often upselling items with a smile. Despite occasional disruptions, the polite staff handles situations with dignity and respect.
The location is in great proximity to the bus line. It's not the fastest location, but orders come out right, and the drive-through and front counter are well balanced. The place is older and needs modifications, but the food like Big Mac and other items are still good. It's a safe place to eat, and the drive-through can be busy at lunchtime. There is plenty of room for parking and getting your food.
