ruddest drive thru gentleman no name tag, he is a young african american gentleman with a beard tried asking for confiments and would not respond and close the drive glass on me..
Today I was sorely disappointed by the quality of my meal at a local McDonalds. Imagine my surprise to receive and undercooked and old patty on my burger. I attempted to report my concern to the restaurant where I purchase it however, no one answered the phone. I have come to expect more from your restaurants as, I have eaten a many over the last 25 years. I am still a loyal customer; I am just disappointed.� #McDonaldsWilcrest
