Absolutely FANTASTIC. Great karaoke, great cheap drinks and wonderful service.
Quiet, and fun hangout bar. It has that cheers feel.
Moved to Houston in 2001. Bar was close to house was a big perk; no DWI. Recently been noticing some sketchy customers who made racist and sexual comments around customers. I’ve heard many customers complain. Yeah owner does not do anything about how to stop going because the people are too aggressive and the customer service sucks. The karaoke is wonderful, with a great selection of songs and talented singers. Drinks are cheap and well-made, especially the specialty drinks crafted by Jules, such as the pineapple upside down cake drink and shot. DJ Andrew keeps the atmosphere lively on Friday nights, making NJ's a top spot for a fun night out.
