Picked up a carry-out order for a friend. Have eaten here many times. Totally different when you dine-in. This order was nothing like what we typically see an taste at this restaurant.
Apparently, Old Saigon does better with in house orders. The spring rolls were good. Mango chicken had no mango and dark fatty meat. The soup didn’t have the traditional basil or any vegetables that come with it. No vegs at all in the soup.
Apparently you don’t care about to go orders. Not even any basil for the soup. I couldn’t eat the mango chicken without mango. It was just fatty scraps. I gave it to the dogs.
