One Armed Scissor is a nice cocktail bar with great service and knowledgeable bartenders. They often have barrel pick whiskeys, but parking can be limited to street parking, so ubering is recommended. The drinks are strong and enjoyable, and the overall vibe and atmosphere are cool and chill, making it a great low-key spot to relax in downtown.
