Palace Party Beverage Company provides mixologists and bartenders for events. One bartender, Russ, displayed calm leadership and crisis skills, taking action to help a choking guest. Communication with the owner was easy, though a booking error caused a bartender to arrive late; the owner quickly fixed the mistake and helped setup. Another bartender, Angie, was awesome, made an amazing martini, and handled unexpected rain well. Guests loved the drinks and service.
