We have been coming to papa johns since they opened and have never been disappointed! Always great pizza, cheese sticks etc. and most of all their service. Everyone is always prompt on time and so pleasant to be around! They all aim to please. Thanks to all of you and Brain thank you for having such a great team with a leader like you we would never go anywhere other than this location. Thank you for all the great pizza's
Food took over an hour to get here and was cold when it showed up
Received my papadia burned so I called to speak with the manager. Spoke with the manager, explained the issue, and requested a refund. She told me that she didn’t have the capability to issue me a refund. She instructed me to email a picture of the burned product to corporate.
