Very disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. As soon as I signed the contract communication dropped. Bait and switch. I canceled service, they did not pick up on the scheduled date and are still trying to charge me for services I didn't receive, $1200 worth. They are now asking for proof of cancellation when they can look themselves and see several emails where I canceled and complained. Not sure if its my account rep or what but service is bad. Very hard to get ahold of my rep to get machines called in for service or anything really. Seems like every time I need something I have to jump thru hoops.
