Bought merchandise online, but never received what I paid for. I went to the store and talked to one of the baristas who got ahold of the owner. The owner said she was going to get me a refund and it would be handled immediately.
I have never received my refund and the owner will not answer my phone calls or texts.
I need my refund.
Had placed an online order for merchandise and never received the order. Went to the store was told the owner would call me to resolve the problem. Never have I received a returned phone call or text as I have reached out multiple times!
