came for brunch and wow the pancake here is gigantic and tasty! wasn’t the biggest fan of the citrus flavor on the pancakes but it ended up growing on me. so definitely give it a try. the scallion biscuits are good! buttery, soft, and flakey altogether. the potatoes are okay.
definitely give some of their drinks a try. they make a super good gibson. they make sure to ask the right questions to get your drink perfect.

Perseid is a stunning addition to Montrose inside the Hotel Saint Augustine! The space has a gorgeous, retro-modern bistro vibe with warm yellow walls and pink ceiling accents.

Perseid is a stunning addition to Montrose inside the Hotel Saint Augustine. The space has a gorgeous, retro-modern bistro vibe. The food completely matches the beautiful atmosphere. Perseid serves a gigantic and tasty pancake for brunch, as well as good scallion biscuits that are buttery, soft, and flakey. The roasted duck breast over white beans is flawless, and the signature burger with duck liver mousse is a standout. The everything-seasoned smoked salmon dip and the smooth foie gras terrine with cherries are exceptional. Other recommended dishes include the squash blossoms, corn risotto with grilled shrimp, and Caesar salad with salmon. The wild boar bolognese and corn risotto are also highly praised. Perseid is a sweet spot with a super professional team and amazing service. The drinks are also super good, with a notable gibson. Overall, Perseid is a fantastic spot for dinner, with a nice ambiance and fantastic food, making it a hidden gem in the middle of the St. Augustine hotel.
