I would choose this place over dominos, papa john’s, etc… I love the customer service, an employee Aaron has helped me the past couple of times i’ve stopped by, his patience and excellent customer service has made me come back several times. “This location is always my go to spot. Staff is friendly, food is always cooked right, and the atmosphere is great! They currently have Christmas decorations which makes you feel welcomed. Wanda and her team are always on point with their service!“

“This pizza tastes awesome and the folks that work in the store are so friendly! My wife is recovering from brain surgery at M.D. Anderson and we are about to go to the airport to head home. She needed something that was easy on her stomach so we had to modify our order with light sauce and well done crust. They made it exactly as we asked!! they cut it into small pieces, They gave us plenty of plates and cutlery. These people care!!“

“I got drawn in for this promo for customer appreciation day. It had been years since I had anything at scholtzsky's. I got a small turkey sandwich dressed like an original. It was really great. Sourdough bun was warm and lightly crunchy. The vegetables were fresh and well balanced, turkey to dressing ratio. I got a 4 pack of cinnabons and 2 salads for dinner. Their salad choices were impressive, chicken avocado cobb and strawberry chicken salads piqued my interest. The menu has expanded since I worked there. I look forward to trying flatbreads, pizzas, calzones, and mac n cheese. What I appreciate most is that app allows for modifications to satisfy your particular cravings. This location was really nice and new as well as smelled of fresh cinnabons. The manager/owner was very patient with me trying to use some old giftcards. I am glad I found them again, will make it a weekly stop. Plus 2 for 1 pizzas on wednesday nights.“

It only took about 10 mins while we sat in our ride and they were so cheesey gooey and just right for us. However, the one thing we didn't like was the fact that the pizza maker or preparer truly needs to spray or oil down the aluminum pans the personal pizzas were baked in because trying to grab or separate a single slice was stuck and extremely difficult and we had to wait a few moments to do so in order not to be burned..and another thing...perhaps next time everyone should request to have them placed in boxes.....🚫 NOT THE PAN like here in the pictures and yass the pizzas were fantastic 🤩😊“

“I had horrible experience with pizza hut on Uvalde. Place order I guess it was the call center that took it, they told me ready in 15 minutes but when my friend went to go get the order, there is no order and no wings to even sell to me, he was told. I called the store because I wanted to talk to the manager find out why i could place and order give my credit card information to a person, then there is no order, and we made trip to go pick it up. I called the stores number to talk to manager. My friend told the girl at counter I was calling, the phone was ringing in the store, and he told her the phone is ringing, she knew I would be calling because he told her but she said they don't answer the phone. So I told my friend tell her I want a manager to call me back, we'll never received a call back. I will never go there again!!!“

My pizzas has always been hot & fresh, Today I had an issue with a door dash driver canceling my order, I called them and they took care of it right away and apologized for the inconvenience, I received my order from one of their drivers who was also nice & polite, Now my pizza wasn’t as hot but it was still delicious and my boneless wings were fresh and hot. So I appreciate the customer service I received today.“

I ordered a medium pan meat lover, a pasta for later and a Cinnabon. Since I was close, I ordered from the lot and in no time my order was ready. Complete, fresh with hot melting cheese(Oh yeah!) “My co-worker ordered pizza and it was delivered late, cold, and arrived with no pizza inside the box * big box ( personal pan with boneless wings). Placed the order online and it arrived late . We called the number online for the store location and kept getting the call center . Finally got through and Spoke with the manager Yudi or Judy ( not sure). I would like to say the best part of this experience was the GM . So I want her bosses to know she is doing an excellent job !
She apologized and offered to make thing right. She understood that regardless what a customer ordered they should receive the highest in quality in food and service for what they paid for on their had earned money. She said they are now forced to use Door Dash and have had complaints only go up in bad delivery times and items "missing" . She said she has only been running the store for 2 months but I will say she was on top of this issue and corrected it . Went above and beyond . Pizza hut / owners of this location , please go back to using in store/staff Delivery Drivers . We have ordered for years and only once before have had an issue . When the second pizza was sent ,the Door Dash driver for got the drink .
I did not step in the store in person so I cannot comment in the atmosphere . Until they switch back to Delivery drivers and not Door Dash I will not be ordering online for Delivery .“
