“Ordered a pizza at this location and was greeted with the greatest welcome from Miss Cynthia. Every time I come here, Miss Cynthia is always so welcoming. My pizza is always hot and delicious. Miss Cynthia will definitely make sure everything is right and you will walk out smiling.

“The Best Pizza in Town. There are a lot of companies which make pizza. Only Pizza Hut has the best ingredients, taste and quality. This location makes a perfect pizza thanks to Bertha, the manager. Bertha cares not only about the quality of the ingredients, but also the perfect layout and temperature and taste.“

“We picked up.our pizza. When arrived home was given wrong pizza. I called the manager or female employee sent another pizza by delivery immediately. I thought it was one pizza. She sent two. My daughter answered the door. I didnt know until this morning when I opened the frig. Thank you for the customer service.“

“They were short-handed and had only one person, and it was a curbside pickup. The lady asked me to come in please cause she was alone; but the way she mad the pizza look was worth the inside trip and it was right at about a 10am or 11 am; plenty of mushrooms and black olives also it was a meat lovers ..
I've also told other people about the spot, and I'm really the pizza type cause of the sauce, but it was light like I asked, unlike some of the other pizza huts. Oh, I'm speaking about the Pizza Hut on Little York and Hwy 59, sweet lady, wonderful atmosphere!

“I got drawn in for this promo for customer appreciation day. It had been years since I had anything at scholtzsky's. I got a small turkey sandwich dressed like an original. It was really great. Sourdough bun was warm and lightly crunchy. The vegetables were fresh and well balanced, turkey to dressing ratio. I got a 4 pack of cinnabons and 2 salads for dinner. Their salad choices were impressive, chicken avocado cobb and strawberry chicken salads piqued my interest. The menu has expanded since I worked there. I look forward to trying flatbreads, pizzas, calzones, and mac n cheese. What I appreciate most is that app allows for modifications to satisfy your particular cravings. This location was really nice and new as well as smelled of fresh cinnabons. The manager/owner was very patient with me trying to use some old giftcards. I am glad I found them again, will make it a weekly stop. Plus 2 for 1 pizzas on wednesday nights.“

“I ordered several boxes of Pizza Hut for my daughter’s end-of-the-year school pizza party, and even after the drive, the pizza was still hot and fresh when I delivered it that’s quality you can count on! I loved that and the guy that was there made sure everything was perfect and hot so nice I love great service.

From start to finish, the process was effortless. Placing the order was easy, pickup was smooth, and they even brought it out to my car. It made the whole experience stress-free, even with a large order.

Pizza Hut has always been my go-to better than Mr. Gatti’s or Little Caesars, hands down. I’ve loved it since I was a kid, and it’s still my favorite. The flavor, consistency, and convenience just can’t be beat.

“Consistency is what I look for. Bought pizza on 11/29 and 12/4 during different shifts and collected at the Pickup Window.
Pizza was Hot and Ready exact on time and made consistently perfect every time.
Toppings were added copiously and balanced throughout the pizza.
It couldn't be made any better!!!

As a plus.. I was always greeted with kindness and smiles at the Pickup Window.

“I had a great experience at Pizza Hut—the food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff seemed to be doing their best under tough conditions. Jackie, the manager, was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. She’s clearly a strong leader and cares a lot about both the customers and her team. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the heat inside the restaurant was pretty intense. You could tell the employees were really struggling to stay cool, and that’s a serious concern. Management needs to get the AC fixed soon before someone ends up having a medical emergency.“

“Best $2 Tuesday Deal special that money did buy for sho!!! The cashier was very knowledgeable friendly and openly engaging in assisting us in getting this tasty deal on a budget. It only took about 10 mins while we sat in our ride and they were so cheesey gooey and just right for us. However, the one thing we didn't like was the fact that the pizza maker or preparer truly needs to spray or oil down the aluminum pans the personal pizzas were baked in because trying to grab or separate a single slice was stuck and extremely difficult and we had to wait a few moments to do so in order not to be burned..and another thing...perhaps next time everyone should request to have them placed in boxes.....🚫 NOT THE PAN like here in the pictures and yass the pizzas were fantastic 🤩😊“

“Called in order on the way home from work for 3 personal pan pizzas. 16$ and some change, reasonable considering all food prices have gone up. Upon entering there are two hanging ceiling lights on the front desk, with side by side cash registers. As you open the door there is an audible ring let’s the employees know someone has opened the door. Was promptly attended by a friendly staff member. Paid then waited about 3 minutes for them to complete the order. Total time 15 minutes like they said.“

“My co-worker ordered pizza and it was delivered late, cold, and arrived with no pizza inside the box * big box ( personal pan with boneless wings). Placed the order online and it arrived late . We called the number online for the store location and kept getting the call center . Finally got through and Spoke with the manager Yudi or Judy ( not sure). I would like to say the best part of this experience was the GM . So I want her bosses to know she is doing an excellent job !
She apologized and offered to make thing right. She understood that regardless what a customer ordered they should receive the highest in quality in food and service for what they paid for on their had earned money. She said they are now forced to use Door Dash and have had complaints only go up in bad delivery times and items "missing" . She said she has only been running the store for 2 months but I will say she was on top of this issue and corrected it . Went above and beyond . Pizza hut / owners of this location , please go back to using in store/staff Delivery Drivers . We have ordered for years and only once before have had an issue . When the second pizza was sent ,the Door Dash driver for got the drink .
I did not step in the store in person so I cannot comment in the atmosphere . Until they switch back to Delivery drivers and not Door Dash I will not be ordering online for Delivery .“

“I've coming to this Pizza Hut many times and I've always had a great experience coming here. The staff are very nice and professional. They always pronounce my name correctly or try to, which is nice of them. There are plenty of parking options too and it is located in a mall with other businesses and shops, so you can do your shopping and also get a pizza for yourself and the family. The food is high quality and tasty. This Pizza Hut also honors deals and discounts, which makes it easier for me to get deals and save money, which is nice. I definitely recommend coming here for ordering Pizza Hut for the family. Only thing is there are no places to sit, but it's a great place to order food to eat. I definitely recommend ordering food here.“

“I started to give him a five but that ridiculous $5 delivery charge tacked on there and feeling kind of like why would they do that everyone else is paying enough already for everything. My pizzas has always been hot & fresh, Today I had an issue with a door dash driver canceling my order, I called them and they took care of it right away and apologized for the inconvenience, I received my order from one of their drivers who was also nice & polite, Now my pizza wasn’t as hot but it was still delicious and my boneless wings were fresh and hot.
