I had a minor quality issue with my medium toppings sliding off, but Pizza Hut manager/supervisor Michquel promptly resolved it by replacing it with a large pizza. The replacement was delivered quickly, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, a positive and great experience!
The staff is really nice and is doing their best. I ordered a personal pan pizza and they gave me a small hand tossed pizza. I appreciate the larger pizza but I wanted the pan crust and that's the only reason I would really ever order Pizza Hut. They had the 0.75 cent boneless wings and they were just so dry to eat.

The pizza arrived on time (actually a little early) which was great as we didn't want to stop too long as we were moving from one building to another and we were all trying to leave before 5 on Friday.
