Tonight I received very poor customer service from the manager Erin. I placed my order before 8pm, Jada called at 8:04pm to confirm my address. I called to check the status of the order at 8:45pm, and the representative told me that the driver was on his way, but if I did not receive it by 9 to call back for a credit.
