I went into the heights store to pick up an order this morning. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I asked a an employee when the order would be ready and the next thing, he uses the F word and tells me that he had the F right to determine who comes in the store.
He then gave me a card to call the AREA MANAGER and complain which I did.
Upon returning to the store, I found out that he was actually the area manager.
This is a sad representation for pokeworks
